I came along a way to get an additional armor. Its done with the Prone Damage multiplier. TS does not really use it. I read about the reason for tank guns doing no damage vs infantry is because they are meant to take cover but wihtout it being shown in the game.

Every weapon does a percentage of prone damage. A 100 damage weapon inflicting 100% damage to a none armor unit will inflict only 50 points of damage when the prone damage is set to 50% and the infantry getting shot at is prone.

By modding selected units fearless=yes they become stronger agaisnt these weapons as they don't go prone anymore, can be used for ELCAD for example.

By giving a weapon low damage but a verxy high prone damage multiplier it would become perfect for killing crappy infantry, you know creeps, E1 and the sorts. While being ineffective against "elite armored" infantry.

The bad thing is that the first shot will be very lethal or not harmful at all since the unit has to get fired on to go prone and once its prone the armor takes effect. Eg. Tank guns could become abolute raping machines against infantry in the first moment until they go prone with the right values.

Add to this that you can mod any building to use Concrete armor you gain wood armor. The health needs to get tweaked however since concrete is higher armor than wood. 500 HP Wood ain't 500 HP Concrete.

May be helpful for some. It was for me.

Cheers.

Except it does not work that way ...

It is a direct multiplier to Damage applied before the Verses has been calculated.

So say warhead was 100% none and damage was 50 and ProneDamage=50% you would actually do 50x0.5x1

Also since fearless prevents down sequence from playing, it would ignore pronedamage in first place
