ok first if you want to do it the really really really easy way just get "tibed" and you can do it that way
or
if you wanna do it the really long way your gonna have to write it out in wordpad or something (i wont expalin anything just incase you want tibed)
but if you know how to do it wordpad way simply change the tech levels from -1 to a tech level of your choice from 1-10 and make sure you have a prestique building (this means it will either come out of this building or it requires it to be built) coz some things dont have building settings like the tiberium fiend for example QUICK_EDIT

The dropship bay... I may add to the CnC Central fun mod... but It will act like the starport in Dune2000... except different, cuz I don't think it could work that way, but perhaps I could have it periodically send in reinforcements... although that may be difficult... I'll have to work on it when I have the time. That might be possible to do with map triggers.

Alright, this is probably one of the simplest things to do. Open up your rules.ini file and push crtl+F. In the search field type GADROP. You will come across this entry:

Change the TechLevel to anything between 1 and 10 and change the prerequisites to Prerequisite=GACNST. Save the file into your Sun folder and play the game. Now when you play as GDI and deploy your Conyard, the Dropship Bay will become buildable. Feel free to change any of these properties to your liking. That wasn't so hard, was it?
I forgot one critical part. Find the [BuildingTypes] and go to the bottom of the list. Put 255=GADROP. The number can be anything you want as long as a different building doesn't have the same number. QUICK_EDIT
This is right, and EIG... don't use TibEd:mad:... use Wordpad
Also for some reason there's no snow imagery for the dropship bay.. you need to find and extract the file and change it's name and some other things but if you can't enable the buildings itself.. QUICK_EDIT
