A quick question, is it possible to create a solider which can deploy to change his weapon like a G.I. and is equipped with a C4 charge to blow up building. Can I just add C4=yes or the sapper weapon is needed for someone to blow something up?

You'd need to use the Sapper weapon if you only want it to work when it's deployed.

sorry, let me phrase it differently, so I'm making a solider that serves as an all mighty special force, I want it to use machine guns when standing up, a sniper rifle when deployed and carry around C4 charges that can blow up buildings, is it possible?

Ah, then yes you can replace the Sapper with a sniper weapon & the C4 will still work.
