What Font type is this?

Can you guys help me determine what font type this is? I really need to replicate it.

Attached is a photo copy image file of a document I want to rewrite. I figure I can just use paint and type in the replacement text.

It's Arial the basic sans serif font.

Nice, than you very much, thats the one.

So, instead of using paint, Mr. Mig Eater or any1 else, what would be your preferred tool to use, to rewrite stuff? I need to change the dates.

It's pretty much a text document, so an Office-like text editor would be a favourite.
