Help I lost my INI file

Long story short, Had a Art.INI file that had the light tank, med tank MLRS/APC/Minelayer/chinook ect ect, Ya know the stuff in game that is missing the Art.ini.

I even had it modified to fix the humvee.

Well hard drive crapped out (Got a new one now) And i have spent the last 2 hours looking for this file, I got the original from here:

I found the Humvee, but I can't find the one with all the other stuff in.


Anyone know where it is, Or a mod that enables them and other units/structures from C&C1 and RA1. (They dont need to be enabled just usable (Like the mammoth tank currently is.
