Greetings!

I downloaded three voxels that I liked alot, but when i paste them in my mod file called ecachealpha.mix nothing happens. Im sure to mod the game you put everything new in a file called ECACHE but here i stumbled.

Is there another file or something?

You should name the mix  ecache##.mix, ## being a number between 01 & 99.

Are the units fully & correctly coded in the ini files?

Yes the units are coded right, im just trying to change the Image.

Anyway i will try what you said and report back.

Nope I renamed my file to ecache15.mix, yet nothing happened,what should I do?

if you are using vanilla RA2 as base, call it
"expand15.mix"
if you are using YR, call it
"expandmd15.mix"
or just use them loose on the folder?
Also, remember each .vxl needs an .hva

You can't override voxels via ecache but only SHPs.
