Weapon Animation and Warheads
I'm going to learn how to make weapon warheads and animation. So, this is my first animation by with hands. Does it also need a program like 3DSMAX or Blender to do the cooler animation? Or is it only for infantries?

Just made this weapon. I don't know how to render this animation into SHP animation, so I used copy and paste. And, somehow this appear to be weird different color, although I used anim.pal.

You should have exported the animation into not-256-colored images and import them via SHP Builder.
You had a paletted image, such always gets copied and pasted with keeping the palette indexes intact. It's too jerky animated and comical rough lined to fit into the game imo.
Smooth out the details and the animation.
Also try making it look more 3d. Something that raises upwards surely also goes to the sides and this should be visible. Right now it's more suitable for a 90s sidescrolling jump and run game. _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings
Yeah, but I keep on getting the unecessary black outline around the Plasma Fire.
render it in front of a colored (e.g. blue) background so it fades out into this color and not black. Then replace the background color in SHP builder to the transparent color.

Yeah, I can see that.
Those are 150x84 SHPs, but it might be a bit too big for a projectile if it is firing from vehicles...
