How to remove countries in Ra2?

My Questions are:
1.How to remove countries in Ra2?
2.How can I change the setting of selecting countries.
Example IDEA: In choosing a color of your country you can select only
one color and on the other country you can't select the
same color because it is automatically remove from the
options.I want these Settings to be applied in choosing
countries.

Any answers that suits me? Question

1) Go to the Country's Entry, For example [Russians]. Set Multiplay to no.

2) Not possible as far as I know...
