Hello mortals!
Cause in this Saturday is my birthday, plus in next two days I will finally have holiday for two weeks. Plus two more celebrations until then, therefore I am in good mood and decided to provide you some gifts.

Here you go, you got 10 infantry anims.
Sorry, I just include one frame per anim, you need to download and check them yourself, I cant make gifs for each anim separately as preview.



ABDUCTDIE - Some infantry death
BLUEDIE - Infantry death in blue colors. Designed for Disc death
BLACKD - dark grey/black version of virus death
BLUED - blue version of virus death
GREYD - light grey version of virus death
GREEND - green version of virus death without yellow and other color shades as seen in original anim
REDD - red version of virus death. Designed as chaos or heat death. It should spawn chaos gas if you set it
MUMYD - infantry transformation into mummy
CRUSHB - dark infantry crush/ ash crush
CRUSHW - white infantry crush/ ice crush

Also, I provided you stock example codes, customize codes yourself, add things such as Scorch=yes (as in some anims), Rate (for mummy or crush die for example), Spawnsparticles (for virus death recolors) and such yourself on your need!
Do not forget to put anims on list.

Sad that Virusdeath recolors break shadows.

Mumydeath is a big WOW from here, I was totally surprised, it ended up really smooth.

I like the crushdeaths, it's good to see something new.

Abductdie isn't a bad idea, but the frame from the nukedie looks wonky there.

Overall, I think there are some decent anims within it. The crushdeaths worth any RA2 modder to download this pack alone IMO.

What about blue melting death?
its much better than green one for Floating Disc, to be unique and adapt to purple laser beam.

its because I am stupid. I forgot to recolor shadows first, before global coloring, then to recolor back to black.
I recolored them in same time as other parts of animation.
I will see if I can fix that soon.

I had idea long time ago to make infantry to be mutated into mummy or whatever, as mummy is funny idea and is completely useless ingame, so actually we can make it now useful.

Its actually frame from tesla death, not nuclear Smile
But yeah hehe, I made it, maybe someone will find useful. Actually I had in mind you and few people because you are using abductor logic when chrono prisons and discs suck infantry.

Well, we generally lack at infantry deaths as there are not many.
I sense that in your mash-up mod Attackque superior will use some of them, just for sake of uniqueness.

Probably only the crushes. I already have a nukedie recolored to work with Apollo's palpack which I use along with 3 pals already, one of them is purple. #Tongue

A direct purple color?
Only with custom pallete, yes.
Or even better idea, replacing stock pink ones with purple shades.

What about chaos death? I have seen in your mod something is releasing chaos clouds which damage units. When infantry is killed, they just die normally. You do not have specified anim for that.

The thing is many of these are not so useful for people who use ares, as they are just recolors, and with
UseCustomPalette=
You can get any recolor you want (and the game already comes with like 30 different palettes, it's only a matter of remembering)
However for people that do not use Ares, etc. they will be more useful.

However the truly new ones are more versatile.

Crush ones are taken from Mummy, no?

Guys, can someone translate me this into English?

Either I am dumb or I am missing something or I understood wrong that UseCustomPalette= can recolor animations according to this?

Yes, exactly and mummy death is combination and editing of mummy and brute animation.

He means that CustomPalette can be used on nonmutation deathanims, which is true.

But he did not say that.
I know that custom palletes can be used, but yet again I do not see point in that as you must recolor it to custom pallete then.
I wanted myself to make some purple death anim or something like that in custom pallete, but I must then again to frame by frame.
So his statement is just out of conversation here because nobody was talked about custom anims.
if I wanted custom palleted anims, or anims which uses ingame palletes (TS, cameo, UNITEM) I would make and state that.
Also he said ,,However for people that do not use Ares, etc. they will be more useful."
I do not understand that either. If you need some anim which you do not have, you will use it, I do not see why it has to be related with Ares either.

add to animlist

Easy as this, you get a blue-like VTMUZZLE (in Ares)

You don't need to edit the anims to recolor. Just give them a new/different palette (few bytes, less files)
