Just downloaded it. I tried to replace the game icon, however I'm having hard time with it already. I have the game icon picture ready and it is in .ico extension already. For some reason ResHacker can't read it. I used converter on internet fron .png to .ico. So, not sure what I'm doing it wrong. _________________ Mod Leader and founder of World Domination

Oh. I have a problem with it now, because when I launch the game, it said error it is missing .dll. The icon that i inserted in only makes 1 (no 2, 3 or 4, just one) So, how do I add 2,3,4? Does it has to be in different size or color because the one that I have has 16.8 million color-bit.
Edit: Well, it seems somehow I can't get 2,3,4 in it when I replace the original icon to a new icon. I need help with it, I'm don't understand it. _________________ Mod Leader and founder of World Domination

Well, I still don't understand why it is not working. Resource Hacker, which Tom provided in the link.
First, i open up Yuri's Revenge and replace the game icon. As you can see that after I replaced the icon, 2,3,4 are deleted and only 1 is kept. I then saved the game and launched it. However I got an error because it said that .dll is missing.

You're doing it bad.
You must replace every entry with the exact same type of image as the source entry, never delete.

IcoFX is free and automatically changes icons up to 256x256. I use it for my applications and it works perfect.

Its shareware "Saving will be disabled after 30 days", the last freeware version was 1.6.4, i tried the lastest one and the exe completely lost its icon
The old freeware version works fine tho

No, but I don't understand some file with certain extensions, like .res because I never heard of those before till now since I asked question about how to do this.
What I know that I have to do is to get 4 diff type of image and somehow compile it into a single .ico file. Since I'm replacing Yuri's revenge icon, it need to have 4 icons so that I don't get the dumb .dll error.
