You clearly have not played QWOP.  It's that, but applied to surgery.

Good to see the Micheal and Gavin's Rage Quit/Lets Play doing the rounds on this horribly entertaining, disturbing, and all around bizarre game.

Couldn't stop laughing at the end the first time. Overall, Birgipall is creating amazing videos, you should check some out.

For some reason I feel uncomfortable with games like these, even though it's utterly unrealistic. I guess I have a strong phobia of getting in touch with viscera.

Yeah, the fun is in the ridiculously unrealistic scenarios, and interface, anyone who takes it literally is pretty naive.

I played the demo for it a little while ago, it's absolutely halarious. The demo is actually pretty easy, but the full version is much more challenging

How is it naïve? I wouldn't call someone who is easily repulsed by horror games/movies naïve either. Sensitive, maybe. Besides, it is not a conscious decision.

I love it how everything in this game appears to be in a low-gravity environment.
