We had a sort of yo-yo time, which is a mix of downtime with slow uptime that seems to be over now. I might post some news in this weekend, but I will not add any section for this site because I've lost my main hard disk and I had no backups of a lot of stuff, including FTP settings for PPM. Also, due to problems in the universities, I might not be active on weekdays as news poster, but, still many things happens daily. Also, I will not resize screenshots to post in the news, because I am still not familiar to the Linux I am using in the moment. So, here's a small round up on things that happened while I was away:

Tiberian Sun:

- NCM Revolution: Triforce has posted recently the new version of the War Factory from the National Civilian Militia for NCM Revolution. It's really a great piece of art that you can view here and comment here.

- PPM: Final Dawn: Well, this was posted by Sk8erkid in 2 news above, the Orca Hunter that generated a lot of comments here.

Red Alert 2:

- RA2: Massive Destruction: Clazzy has submited a new loading screen to the RA2:MD Loading Screen Contest. You can view it here. If you wanna participate of this loading screen to become moderator in the RA2:MD forum and also get mentioned on the credits like ComradeJ, Medalmonkey and Clazzy, you still can submit your loading screen (800x600) there. There are still 2 spots available before the one of them be choosen.

- RA2: Corrupt World: We'd like to thank pft1086 for helping Iceman559 to fix the problem he was having (and mentioned in the news below) in the first mission of RA2:CW campaign. The first mission might be finished soon, we hope.

- RA2: Nuclear Winter: TheDarQ  (also knew as Warbyte) has showed us how the Rebel Barracks will look like. It's an interesting mix of buildings with a nice result. You can check the picture here and the comments here.

- RA2: Broken Alliance: Savage War will be hosting the site of this mod very soon.

- Battle Tech: Fire On The Horizon: IcySon55 has announced here that the interface demo v2.0 of BT will be released soon, stay tuned!

And, for the final news, RedUtils forum might be promoted to something bigger that will include much more C&C tools, including support to Voxel Section Editor (Stucuk Editions), BS SHP Builder, Jasc To CnC Palette Converter and much more...

Well, time for some news outside PPM:

- CNC DEN Lion constantly adds some new zero hour maps and replays. Have fun!

- CnC Frontline: They are closed until next year. They will return with a new design, more features and more attractions... but I have no idea on what happened to the Zero Hour Tournament (sponsored by EA) they had...

- CnC Place: They were choosen the "Fan Site Of The Month" by CnC Community.net. Congratulations for them and you can check their interview here.

- DeeZire: Unidentifiedname has posted a modding roundup there covering a lot of mods.

- NOVA Modding Team: They have released the UAN side beta of the World War 3 (Generals mod) for public. Go there, download it and send them feedback (thanks to AAK625 for the news tip).

- RADEN: RADEN has received over 3 million hits during its 3.5 years of existence. Congrats to Lion Smile.

- Sleipnir Stuff: I am a bit late, but happy birthday to Sleipnir Stuff, as they recently completed 2 years old Smile.

This has been a quiet week at all, oh well.I also adding to this news, the:

Tip Of The Moment:

- If you wanna play Tiberian Sun online, consider visiting CnC Reloaded.net. They used to be in ts.revoltsoft.com but recently moved to their own domain. Thanks for The Kid, from CnC Central for the tip.

And just to end it, there is a new Generals mod in Origin-Network called C&C Kings, being made by Eradicator. It will bring the medieval ages to your C&C Generals. It already have some interesting screenshots here, specially that catapult that looks really nice. Check C&C Kings forum here for more details.
