I do not know why does he want to bring yellow color into brick, although I understand if he wants just to recolor some, and for units, if he wants to remove Yuri's side but to move his tech to Soviets.
Although I do not understand recoloring Yuri's psychic sensor into Soviet one, when it is still present in RA2 mix _________________ PPM Halloween Season 2021 QUICK_EDIT
Here's a little easter egg on the Psychic Sensor. It still uses the Soviet Set for its Damaged Version. (They only reschemed the brick to Yuri's yellow brick and you can see the Glowing Rod is also still yellow) - More proof of Yuri was unfinished. _________________ ~ Excelsior ~ QUICK_EDIT

I though that he means just recolor.
Well, I can recolor some buildings for him, but it is lot of work if I need to redesign everything and architecture!
