Not sure how that's possible. The game can only rotate SHPs if they have Rotates=yes on the projectile art and if the SHP itself has the graphics to support different angles. discus.shp doesn't so it must always remain flat, like a frizbee. QUICK_EDIT
Rotates is by default "no", unless he wrote something else in art.ini

That's not possible. The SHP does not have frames for anything else than the small bright spot going around the outer ring of the disc.
However, if you don't use UMP which fixes the discus, then your animation might be set wrong. In vanilla TS the whole [DISCUS] section is missing in art.ini, why it uses wrong colors and no animation ingame.

big sorry, now I recorded it and enlarged it and slowed it
and it indeed doesn't rotate, but because of shadow and bouncyness
it plays trick on me and looks like it does rotate
think ill remove that green dot from shp then QUICK_EDIT
