First of all, this forum used to be RedUtils, but it has been promoted to CnC Editing Tools. This means that other than DCoder utilities, it will now have the utilities Stucuk is working on, mine as well and UGordan. Most of the utilties here are open source, which means that you can modify them as well. Here's the current list of utilioties:

- JASC To CnC Palette Converter 1.2
- Ini Checker
- Ini Editor V2
- AI Editor V2
- VQA Encoder
- etc....

These files are old and this topic wasnt made for download. Go to http://www.ppmsite.com and check the CnC Editing Tools section to download the programs.

A late question considering the age of the thread, but is it also welcome to start topics on non-PPM projects, as long as it fills the "C&C editing tool" requirement?

Yes, it is, if you are talking about a tool you are making, you are very welcomed to post a topic about it here.

Asking support for other tools such as XCC Utilities, Final Alert 2, etc... is acceptable here, although it is not a very wise idea.
