Symbol Thoughts?

Well as with my attention span, I think I'm back to considering rebooting my private mod (Sovereign Reign). However, I've decided to go on a bit of a renaming spree, more about that in second.

I decided to go about making custom symbols with GIMP. This (below) is what I got for my Federation symbol. I am quite confident with the vectors but not so much with the texture/coloring.

As for renaming, I really am in need of a good title. Sovereign has the word reign in it, as delightfully pointed out by Crimsonum in my private mod thread. Summarizing the storyline in a sentence, it's a post-apocalyptic world created by a New World Order which has been split into two warring factions with a large resistance in the crossfire. What I've got so far as for factions:

Eagle Federation -> The Global Federation - The first New World Order sort of faction. They use robotic technology and mind-controlling implants; very high tech faction. (This one needs a name as well.)

Sovereign Empire -> Imperia - The second New World Order faction and with the majority of members. They use an army of cloned drones. I haven't quite hammered out where on the tech spectrum, but probably somewhere around Yuri or Soviet level.

Resistance -> The Phoenix Alliance - The resistance faction. Nothing really has changed from my original idea, besides giving them a less vague name, but that might change.

EDIT: Got a working name for mod, "Liberty Fall".

Legions, i think legions will have a blue color (abyssal). (AdventureQuest Worlds Logic XD)

I decided to return the use of the Federation term. Since they are based on the original faction, they will be using a blue to cyan color.

I've decided the working mod title will be "Liberty Fall".

Yes, I don't have it linked in the original post, but it is just a reboot of my previous private mod in this thread. I would like to make it a public mod. However, I don't have much ability in the graphics department, and graphics are a must for a good total conversion.
