Hello everyone and yet I've got another semi-stupid quesion. For example: I've got a semi-nice training campaign button. But when I put it into .shp form (and I have to use soviet button palette for it), I get red spots. So, how can I create a palette for an image (or may be even for couple images, because I have a couple frames with diiferent colours)?

I do this with PSP7:
open image -> reduce to 256 colors -> save palette as PAL file -> apply PAL to blank PCX -> copy to PAL (TS) with XCC.

And that's it. Could be done with other programs I'm sure but that's how I do it with PSP7.
