I don't know if this is the right place to post it,but can someone provide me some help on how to resize TS loading screens & main menu sceen to a bigger screen resolution,because my PC screen resolution is 1280x768.

If memory serves, the resolutions are hardcoded so you can't.

And they're also in PCX format,so ,you're right,it's impossible to make them bigger.

If you resize the PCX files, just make sure you never go below the resolution you set the PCX too.

You can make them any resolution you want, it's just the elements like the loading text won't automatically scale up. Making a higher resolution main menu would mean making a new one entirely basically, you'd need to edit the positions of all the buttons in the ini.

The only thing I don't know,is how to scale PCX format screens,and which kind of tool is good for this work.I really need help on this.

Lots of image editors can do it such as PhotoShop, Gimp or Irfanview. You're only gonna be stretching it to bad quality though so I don't see a benefit unless you make whole new ones.

Resizing anything will reduce it's quality, especially upscaling. You can't extract additional information.

well if he can convert it all "somehow" to vector's then its a different storry

but I'm not sure such plugins still exist for ordinary rasters
