I've decided to release a version 1.1 of the mod, which will not contain TD building images yet (with some exceptions, tho) nor new singleplayer missions, but will feature all other improvements/fixes/additions I've made so far. I hope to have it ready in a few weeks; depends on how much time and work the converting of the images and voxels to the new palette and the testing takes.

I hope that 1.1 release might catch some attention then; I'll also try to intensify my search for help on the building images, so I can finally make the conversion total.

If I can't, there won't be any version 2.0.
However, I still plan to remake some singleplayer missions from TD and eventually add some other stuff, so 1.1 will not be the final release one way or the other.

But I want to say it again: All I need is one (or more) guy(s) who can improve the resized TD building images. That's a thing most people who have some experience with ps or psp should be able to. Not all buildings are used anyway, and the buildup anims aren't important either.
There are only 11 or 12 buildings using TD images, and for each building only 2 images (normal and damaged). So 24 images really shouldn't be too much...
Anyone Question

Sweetness Smile. I hope next version of BS SHP Builder helps you also, since it will have support to import .pcx pictures (stu added it recently Smile) and I am working in a new resize algorithm to improve its quality.

Well, I'm working on getting the resized buildings ingame... however they don't look very good, nor are they animated (except service depot and tib silo).
So I changed plans and will release 2.0 with these crappy building images, and later go for a graphics patch.

well, no. however, the mod will come with some enable/disable batch files, so you don't need to uninstall FS. the batch files will just disable (not delete) the FS files and enable the mod files. if you want to turn everything normal again you just need to run the second batch file, and evrything will be restored to normal.

wow...
i've tried it and i really like it
the guard tower and obelisk looks very good

but... i think all the vehicles (except the mammoth) are to big
they would look much better if they were smaller

i like the TD units from Tiberian Sun Retro more

i can't wait to play the next version Smile
great job!![/u]
