OK I want top start making my own animations and buildings for Ts/ra2. I have some minor modding expirence in these games and I have some minor spriute expirence from other games. Basiclly I am looking for tools to make my own sprites and animations for either of the 2 games. I want to start making my own mod for RA2. If you have any links to good programs that are newb friendly and work well please post them.

I also wish to say since this is my 1st post on these forums. WOW!!!!! this username isnt taken. I mean most any C&C related site that I have visited some12 allready had my username.

Scroll down to CnC Editing Tools, and d/l SHP Builder and VXLSE. They'll help you do graphics. But making a mod will require more than graphics - for that you might need INI CHeckr and AI editor (AI is for experienced modders only).
