a long time ago I made a mod I never told anyone about it because it had so many bugs.............

rules.ini and rules.ini addon

the addon would just overwrite the original hence no point in downloading the original ?

I think the 'addon' hasn't realy added anything new
so I will make a new 'addon' as soon as I can get the original working properly.
and the mod is for TS
