How to extract psd to pal ? I need "Raw Allied PSD Loading Screen" By lefthand palette.

One does not simply extract a pal from a psd. First you save a copy of that psd into a 256-colored PNG, then you use http://vk.cncguild.net/TOOLS/DATA/PNGtoSHP.exe to convert it into a proper loadscreen with SHP and pal. Atleast, that's the most convenient IMO.

Appply a Palette to the PSD then save it as a PCX file, then in XCC Mixer find the file & use "Copy as PAL".
