2 Questions, one on firestorm, the other on maps

1st how do I set the firestorm weapon to not decharge when used but switch on and off? I've seen a mod do it?

If I could make it use lots of power while on, then that would be awesome, but the important thing is just getting it to be a toggle super.

As for maps, any way to extract all the maps that come with TS? Cause I REALLY want to mess with a few maps on it SO bad...

Well I had at one point found a mod that toggled it on or off.

I'm trying to mimick that.

Any ideas.

a charge to drain of 9000 will help
