I have read in forum that height 14 is max that the game supports.

But yeah, I've also heard the height 14 is max limit deal as far TS goes atleast and RA2 is unlikely to differ much.

In TS however, you sometimes get already visual errors like that on height 13. It's strange since some TI maps have shown this on 13 while others with height 13 seemed to work fine.

In my experience mapping, both TS and RA2 suffer from this if a section of the map is 13 or higher (14 being the max). It is unpreventable aside from avoiding going over the 12 height limit. An idea would be to edit the map editors to make 12 the limit.
