Dirty, broke, beggars all on the street and on the lawn. Viktor, an Ukrainian who worked on the farm to feed for the whole people of Ukraine. He didn't make enough money, he had to provide his supplies to Russian army for free or he face threats to death. He provided food and still get beaten and being push around. The system ran in a very different way than what Viktor used to. Feeding and providing the shelter and comfort to the Russians were the highest priority,  the Ukrainians who refused to pledge allegiance to Russia were either kicked out to the curb or forced to work in the camps.

6 years ago before the invasion, Ukrainians attempted to resist the Russia incursion from taking control over Ukraine. Despite the NATO's effort to weaken Russia and that Ukraine wasn't a part of the Europe Union. The Allied superpowers watched helpless as Ukraine got conquered by Russia.

That's enough, I can't take these kind of crap anymore, Viktor thought. He was tired of being a servant to Russia army. He lied so he can survive, but despite that, he still get abused. Viktor was not the only one who is suffering from the mess, thousands of other are suffering as well too. He had not enough money to take care after him and his family.

On one day, the Allied Airplane came and dropped in food,  the hungry people swarmed to grab food. They cheered and begged for a better place to live. The borders around Ukraine are very tightly controlled, nobody could exit the border.  However,  that leaves a flaw for the Soviet Union when a group of Europe convey managed to enter the capital city of Kiev.

They provide weapons, armor and ammunition to the able civilians to arm them. "Today is the day we will liberate Kiev from grasp of Communism," said Viktor.  "We are not coward! We will show them that we are capable of protecting our land and our sovereignty!  We will not let Russians oppress us at all!" He shouted and raised his hand with assault rifle. "Hail Kiev!" All the armed civilians shouted, "Hail Kiev!"

Over the few hours, Viktor has amassed a small number of milita to overthrow the Russian Forces. The battle was bloodshed and the casualties from both side are very high. Viktor was determined to liberate Kiev from the grip of Soviet Union. In the end, the milita turned out to be victory and reclaimed Kiev. Viktor was hailed as the leader of the Ukrainian Liberation Army.

Viktor worked hard to realign Ukraine back to track and negotiate with the Europe allies to form Europe Customs Union (ECU). ECU acts as a buffer zone and a new frontier line for the allied forces to advance toward Moscow. The allies gave support and restablished defenses in Ukraine, pulling them out of rubbles. Viktor and his people suffers pain, deep hatred toward Russians and hunger for vengeance. Ever to that day, Viktor is hailed one of the greatest hero and the worse enemy of Russia.

He is the prime minister of Ukraine from 2021 to 2028 before the assassination happened.
