AttachEffect visible only to Owner

In my mod, I will have several units and buildings which will be holographic/fakes. Necessarily, they must look identical to the real thing to spoof other players. However, to avoid confusing the owning player, I would like to give them a visual mark that is only visible to the owner. I thought of a huge, blinking "FAKE" banner across the unit/building graphic to give ya a hunch... is this possible? An AttachEffect.Animation that is only visible to the owning player?

The next-best solution would be a pip with a weird offset I guess, but that couldn't animate as nicely and I'd have to make a separate one for each building to get the offset right.

Only option atm is through Custom Pips and making pips itself visible only to the owners.
