So, after years of dedication, hard work and more luck than I care to admit, I have finally achieved one of my life goals.

I've always dreamed of owning a vehicle with the SRT tag. Yesterday, that dream became a reality. Smile

I now am a (very) proud owner of a Dodge Charger SRT8 Superbee!

Here she is!! Her name is Aurora II.

Nope. Manufacturer defect in the Engine block. Thing split wide open, spilling oil everywhere.

congrats daTS.

Though personally i would never buy such a car. Especially if i would live where you live. You can never drive faster than 75mph and enjoy the full 170mph.
It surely also needs huge amounts of gas, making it very expensive to drive.

But if you can afford it and makes you happy, then it's cool you fulfilled one of your life goals.

@TB: No, we had just dropped Liam off at his grandmother's.

LKO: I can't go much faster than 70mph on local highways, but there are numerous speedways and drag strips in my area, and I can always go the safe (and legal) route and race on the tracks.

It is a gas guzzler, but not as bad as most people thing.

And yes, I can fit loads of beer (or in my case, liquor) in the trunk! #Tongue

I've owned Chryslers since I started driving. I had a Jeep, a Neon, a Dart and now I'm on my 3rd Charger. This is the first major problem I've ever really had.
