Help needed with this Heli's HVA

I'm adding Mi-8 Hip to my game. But i don't know why back rotor drawn at false pace ingame, but not on HVA Builder or Voxel Section editor. Here are screenshorts. What am i doing wrong?

Did you transform their size with the bounds at all? The HVAPosition in HVABuilder lies, it assumes the position is scaled when it's not...

Yes i scaled down it by 3/4. It was a bit big for a Hip.

Delete the current HVA. Transform it first THEN you apply the animations.

My tailrotor is scaled to 66% or so, as is the main rotor, but the main rotor height is done by voxel offset, which means no flawed hva calc...

The body is scaled to about 80% if I recall...
