Problem with Soviet mission 1 in YR

After the new Yuri country I add mess up the Allied campaign, I decide to remove them and the Allied campaign is play normal but when I play Soviet mission 1 there was internal error after I return from Dinosaur age so i want you guy to check is there any problem with the rulesmd file.
