Pure virtual function call error in Nod 16

I've been getting this error whenever I destroy this particular building here:

Not particularly sure if this is the reason but I've noticed beside this building, there's another building (that I already destroyed) that's overlapping the build space of the building I destroyed.

That always causes a crash when you destroy the buildings, yes.
