Hacker that would do something hacker related. Like stealing money, power down, building selfdestruct... I don't what, but something hacker related.

look at [SPY] and these lines from the "Unit Statistics" section of rules(md).ini.

Do you have YR?

If you do, look at the coding for Yuri's Flying Disc.

If not, you can't do it, sorry.

i don't think so you can really trust Kravvitz he is right you cant do this except for power down in yr

For a long delay you could just have a high ROF (like 250).

thats a LONG time dude, the game might be well over by the time you can fire again. btw YR is in many ways better than ra2. there are many more things that are possible in YR that arent in plain old vanilla RA2.
