I'm not sure, but they seem a tad small, thus more fitting for DTA and not for TI or TS.

They would indeed, although unfortunatelly most of our existing civilian stuff is on a somewhat larger scale. For example we already have a grain silo like that, which is clearly bigger. Also, cars would look huge next to these houses.

A simple rule i follow, the door needs to be 8 pixel high, a floor 10-12 pixel
to match TS civil buildings.
8 pixel are about 2 meter, 10-12 pixel about 2,5m to 3m height.

I wouldn't use any unit to measure/compare scale, since these are by default 1.5 to 3 times bigger.
The best is really other TS civil buildings, since all these have a very similar scaling, which also matches well the size of trees and rocks.

Those appear to be corrupted. I also don't think there's use for these structures until there are at least more of them because mappers can't just repeat the same structure to create towns.

There were actually only 4 when I tried to extract them and not 7. The non-corrupted RAR has 19 structures though, so that should be plenty in any case.
