Ok, so my soviet airfield can still continue to train but stops midway. I have made sure that my aircrafts are added to PadAircraft=, are airportbound=yes and the airfield has numberofdocks=6.

AFAIK you're limited to 4 docks per airfield for things to work correctly. If there are more than that, YR starts having issues like what you described.

Not sure, if it is due to Ares, but my airfield has 5 docks and it works just fine.

Wrong. Atleast 16 docking locations are supported, perhaps even more.

It sounds like your typical PadAircraft bug, double check that the aircraft is correctly listed. Are you also using Ares? If not then how many aircraft have you added to the PadAircraft tag? In the normal game the list has a limit of 128 characters, any unit names over that will not work. Ares however extends it to 512 characters tho.

Also the name SOVAIRPORT does not conform to the standard naming convention, thus making NewTheater redundant. I'd recommend changing the art entry & shp file name to NAAIRPORT & removing the Image tag.

I fixed it!
There was another PadAircraft line below the first one  that didn't have the aircrafts added.

I also added this to art code which was missing:

AddOccupy1=-1,-1
AddOccupy2=-1,0
AddOccupy3=-2,-1
AddOccupy4=-3,-2
RemoveOccupy1=1,0
RemoveOccupy2=2,0
RemoveOccupy3=1,1
RemoveOccupy4=2,2

And renamed shps as you said.
