The Forgotten were able to recover many Tiberium Harvesters left abandoned in old refineries and restore them to working order. Compared to what CABAL and the Scrin use, the Harvester is much more durable and is able to store more Tiberium, resulting in higher profit per bail. However it is unarmed and slow, making it easy pickings for fast moving anti-armor units.

-Explodes violently upon destruction if loaded with Tiberium
