My Toxin Plane doesn't always fire

It sometimes fires normally sometimes enters a circle and never fires. It is not because a dupe causing different tags read by game because different things happeds in same game. Here is the code, what may cause that?

Try increasing the Range on the weapon. Air units are goofy like that for some reason. I've still not been able to get rid of that dumb aerial ballet they like to do.

Try increasing the ROT= / decreasing the Speed= of the aircraft. I recommend ROT=5

You can also try adding Fighter=yes alongside FlyBy=yes (which you already have) if the problem persists after increasing ROT.
