. From what it was in 2002/2003 to what it is today is a hell of a difference (much better, really). Other than that, here's some community news that might be interesting for us:

Hackers, Open fire! CnC Source's Download Database is Back!: After being down for weeks due to a lamer finding an exploit on their download database script and making a bad use of it, CnC Source has gained an updated script which fixes the vulnerability it had. So far, it wasnt hacked, which is really a good sign (good job, Stucuk). And, the best of all, they have loads of files available for download! Everything is back, including the comments of the files.
Looking for CnC Guild? They are hidden from Osama
: CnC Guild is moving to the new server, but Des08tor has changed the DNS of cncguild.net too fast, so the site is currently 'hidden'. If you willing to find out where it is or couldnt get the address because you dont check your junk mail folder, here's our tip:

When you access CnC Guild forum outside its domain, you may need to login all the time. It might be annoying, but it's fast.
FSOTM: Fan Site Of The Millenium - C&C Oracle: Congratulations for C&C Oracle and Djdaz for being the Fan Site Of The Week at CnC Community.net. SgtJohnson has also conducted an interview with Djdaz that you check the here.
CnC Boards Confirms: They Used Einstein's Time Travel Machine: The good people at CnC Boards are back online after all troubles they had with their host. Aparently, they had a backup of the forums one week before it went down.
Havard Bonin finally got some true job!: The TS ChampSite/XWIS Ladder is now offering prizes for the 3 best players, which even includes a certificate signed by Havard Bonin (producer of RA2 and Generals) proving your TS multiplayer skills. There are some other prizes too, but for those who doubt about this certificate, meh... check it out in this picture and older version when Westwood still existed. Now Havard will replace Ted Morris on the signature

Time Is Running Out! After April 15th, Submited Maps Will Be Redirected To Trash!: Open Map Competition is nearly over! We are only accepting maps until the end of April 15th. When the clock hits 0:00 of April 16th, on Greenwich Time Zone, we will no longer accept maps. It's also important to remind that the nothern hemisphere is currently on daylight savings and Greenwich is there. So, hurry up, commander! And finally, FinalMoon has recently informed us that he is unable to judge the maps because of the extra time we provided. He's now busy with his offline life. But The_DvD and Froggy will judge the maps.
