Is there a way to copy the animation from RA2, and use it in TS ?
Or is there a animation out there close to this ?

You have to do a conversion...

Load your animation in BS SHP Builder and Export it as JPG. Then, import it again optimizing for TS animation and using Full Difference CCM. I think it will be ready, although it's still recommended to resize it to 80% of its size and you do the final stuff (fix anything that goes wrong, if you find anything wrong) and save.

The actual animation is drawn by the RA2 engine, just like the Ion Storm bolts. Sadly without an associated shp, its impossible to convert, but you could use the RA1 tesla bolt instead.

Except JPEG is a lossy format. PCX, BMP, or GIF would be better. Even though GIFs are limited to 256 colors, SHPs are too so it doesn't matter for this, but BS SHP Editor doesn't support GIFs yet.

its then when (if) u have a good enough tesla graphic to get good tesla weapon logic setup

I have a good idea for this, which i have only told dvd about, so u might see something soon if it is as good as i think it should be Wink;

but the BSB only saves jpg in maximum quality.... it ends having the same size and quality than a BMP...

umm... then that's another possible feature for a future version -- to add a preference of how much quality to save the JPEG in.
