I didn't like how the other refinery looked ingame so I scraped it and started all over. I based it off the TD refinery then went from there. (after all, NCM has to learn how build Refinerys by whats ever left around, I imagine by 2030 lots of old refinerys are left to rust) Enjoy and tell me what you think!
