[Requires Ares] - Fixes the Broken Destroy Anim (Also has snow and generic version) which had grey edges and not being remappable.
- Fixed the Charge Anim to glow on final stages
- Minor Touchups to various frames of the Building Frames.
- *New* 24/4/17 - Replaced the Vanilla Buildups with the one xgamer made in sleipnir.

Probably. I think its easier to just dump them all in one big rar file than it is right now as they're scattered about. From the top of my head... that I've already done.

Missing Remap from Radar Tower
Missing Remap on Robot Control Center

Psychic Tower Charge Anim
Yuri Submarine Pen Water Ripple Fix
New Active Animation for Psychic Radar/Sensor
Reenabled an unused Anim on Chronosphere (Exhaust Fans)
Reenabled Industrial Plant Active Anim Lights
Snow Version of Bridge Repair Hut
