Reproduce the issue, then exit the client, then go to your DTA directory, then to the Client\ sub-directory, and either upload the "client.log" file here (you might need to register for that), or paste it to https://pastebin.com/ , and then link it here.

There's a reason for the "LAN support is currently work-in-progress" message in the lobby Although some people have also told me that it works perfectly.
Go to your DTA directory, then to the Client\ErrorLogs\ sub-directory. You should have a ClientCrashLog_XX_XX_XXXX_XX_XX.txt file there, where the Xs are the date and time of the crash.
