My Question regarding the PPM banner

I have been asking myself, there are 2 logos on the right of the banner image other than GDI & Nod logos on the left, what are those 2 other factions? Or is this is a secret, it was kinda like a game i never heard of.

But i already know that none of the misc factions of TS don't have their own logo, they might use GDI or Nod's logo.

They are some old long forgotten mod logos.

Due to PPM's mutimod nature imo they shouldn't be there or any logos for that matter in the first place as its favoritizm.

That font at the top reminds me of the Tiberian dawn logo, it offends me, please remove it (?)

The two logos are from factions from the Final Dawn mod. One is from the Tiberian Defense League and the other is from the Cyborg faction.
