Just noticed. If you remove the mortar, this could be also used well as a civilian  launch vehicle for big space rockets.
Or even add a huge V2 missile on top of it, which it fires vertical upwards.

If you remove the whole midsection and turn the mortar into a turret, this can be a good mortar tank.
