I've played it and I gotta say that C&C Reloaded is really good! Honestly, I havent played much RA2/YR mods, so I can't tell which one is the best. One day I'll play AR2 .. I just need some free time. _________________

Well, to plug my mod here, Savage War is a good mod. While 1.6 isn't perfect, I'll guarantee you that 2.0 will be a lot better. Most voxels have been redone, lunar terrain has been removed and replaced with Autumn theatres, full rain/snow weather effects will be included and there are a lot more side-specific units and structures available.

My personal favorite is Mooman's Rules 3.0. It never really gets old, its well rounded, and its one of the classics. I dont know where you can get it officially, or if it is even still availible officially, but I have compiled it along with a batch file that removes it on my personal webspace. Well, just graphically. TIberian Alert is doing the same thing, and spidey did a few things for them as well.
Actually, TC will do things that are not even in AR2... And the ideas in the mod, as well as its aim are quite different to TA. Graphically it is as good as the artists involved can make it, but technically it will push the boundaries of gameplay as AR2 did before it. QUICK_EDIT
Oh, I know why now--my file includes the Tech Expansion and the Assault Expansion. Mine is smaller than those added together because I used RAR compression. Glad to see that an official site is still up. QUICK_EDIT

I'd have to say mah 3 big RA2 mods I'm into are Mental Omega, CnC Reloaded, and Star Strike, in no particular order. I see no point in desiring a mod when it's not out yet. Just appreciate it from a distance, then praise it when it releases and rewrites the standard for good mods.
Oh, and I'm not big for Code Red, since it seems to be in the subject. I've found that the modern-dayish war is played out in mah head, and I needs to keep it with some sci-fi, if not all sci-fi with the RA2 engine. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
I must praise, Mental Omega, since I have played ALL mods that have been released, and this has been the best, most balanced, almost perfect mod. Most advanced coding I have seen in a mod, uses RA2 to almost it's full extent.
ICFRA definitely takes a tie for first though, since the excellent graphics (although still a little bad looking, but thats good) and true to the game.
And next would need to be Supernova. Good coder who developed this mod, I must say.

Seriously, it's fantastic... I Wish i could thank the people who created it and ask them how the heck they managed to make it so well balanced... Hmm, no matter... I Personaly think that, T.O Will be the best mod there ever was... But i can only see if that'll be true or not as soon as it is released...
I prefer Yuri's Revenge: Secrets Revealed myself; It's one of the few mods I've found that doesn't add some insane amount of units/buildings. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
