Power: -150
Cost: $800
Purpose: Security
Requires: Relay Center

The Guard Tower is crucial in keeping a base secured from any sort of incursions. When an intruder comes within range, it will shine it's spotlight upon them, exposing their position and rendering them more vulnerable. Should they remain within the spotlight for too long, the tower will eventually sound off an alarm, putting surrounding defenses on high alert. Guards will move with haste and attack with increased ferocity in order to eliminate the threat with extreme prejudice. Since CABAL makes wide usage of active stealth systems and nanocoat disguises, it also comes equipped with a variety of sensory equipment to detect any cloaked or disguised units within it's vicinity. While reasonably armored and relatively cheap to build, it requires substantial amounts of power to function.

Notes:
-Detects stealth
-Detects disguises
-Weapon decreases enemy armor by 10%
-Will sound off an alarm if it remains locked on target long enough, increasing the speed and firepower of nearby units and defenses by 25% for 20secs
-Enemies will remain debuffed for an additional 10secs if they trigger the alarm

The Watch Tower has a new attack. It will visually shine it's spotlight at enemies within range, decreasing their armor by 10% and will eventually sound off an alarm if it focuses on it's target long enough, increasing the speed and firepower of nearby units and defenses by 25% for 20secs. It will sound off it's alarm four times before resuming to shine on it's target and will stop when either the target is destroyed/out of range or it gets disabled by EMP/low power. Enemies will also remain debuffed for an additional 10secs should they trigger it's alarm.
