If he means what TAK02 said, Meh.

But if you mean it could manage the entire team of yours, It's possible, maybe even without Ares, Making a Construction Yard that:
-Trains Infantry
-Paradrops Vehicles
-Self-Heal for all Units and Infantry
-Has all necessary Support Powers that belong to the one faction
-Has the one faction's Superweapons (which is a bad idea for a ConYard)

Well, it's not a really bad idea at all, seriously, I used to make my own personal mod (i also have been planning to make some showcases), but i completely scrapped the project, thinking it would make the viewers not like it because, it would've been heavily similar to C&C 4's class-based type.
