Zed1515 from tiberium sun forums, me and some other people (sorry guys cant memba your names) have starteda mod called tiberian sun allegiances and we would like a forum.
the mod includes:

-8 new sides
-8 new tech trees
-8 new missions
-2 new side bars
-various new skirmish maps
-brand new game menu

Surprised 8! new sides!

Besides that being nigh on impossible, I think your over stretching yourself there.

Plus the fact your plan is not really a plan, more a rough guide. I mean, come on, one of your unit descriptions is

Perhaps if you spent a little more time planning it and actually get something substantial to show you might have something to go on.

I don't mean to be rude, but in my opinion you currently have 0 chance of getting a forum here.

the problem isnt an idea seems to be stupid or not... if really worked on, stupid ideas can become great ideas, however, this mod doesnt seems to be planned properly yet. I suggest you to take your time, plan it, start some work on it and depending on your progress and quality, there is a possibility of hosting, but in the moment, it's too early. It would just make your mod look like a newbie one, which wouldnt attract much staff. So, take your time, develop your ideas and feel free to use the forums to get help and other stuff.. We already have experiences of mods here that got a forum too early and got staff problems. A sample is TS: Artificial Insanity Sad.

another one that got a forum too early was RA2: Corrupt World Wink. its amazing how old that was and had 2 staff members, me and WP, well and sometimes kravvitz #Tongue but Galactic War already has 3 staff members and it isnt even a week old. #Tongue

I don't like the 8 sides idea, there were 5(?) in Warcraft 3 and I thought that was too many.

ya it was a shame to see corrupt world die and although the plan sounds weird and rushed with time some of the ideas could be good.

yeah, the idea was kinda weird, lapd, nod, and gdi against yuri, allies, and soviets #Tongue but hey, it was fun while it lasted, the whole 3-4 months #Tongue
