Nice looking VXL, and I love how the Psi-Corps symbol is now correct on both sides, which your previous Yuri VXLs suffered from.
The orange color tho does not fit, tho.

tbf, the design could be further improved through some more variation of darker colors, otherwise, it's up to the author whether they'd change that. though, that in itself isn't enough for you (Pines) to call it shit.
