Jump Jets on Patrol
Subject description: Pathfinding question
I recently noticed that when Jump Jet units like the Siege Chopper are placed in a patrol and told to move to specific waypoints, they always fly to about 5 cells away from the waypoint and guard there, rather than move exactly to the cell of the waypoint. This happens with both the move to waypoint action, and patrol to waypoint. Does anyone know what causes this behaviour, and whether something can be done about it? QUICK_EDIT
Yes, but that is not the issue. If it didn't use BallonHover=yes, it wouldn't patrol at all, and I wouldn't see this problem in the first place. Also, this affects other Jump Jets too, not only the Siege Chopper. QUICK_EDIT
