Hello, I created a tool that can Unprotect any TS/RA2/RA2YR Protected MIX File. It can also Recover the File Names(local mix database.dat) that is NULLED by all famous MIX Protectors. This tool can also be used to Reconstruct the Mix file, shrinking its file size by removing unused/garbage content inside it. I call it RA2YR reMIXer.

Tested on famous Mods out there:
- Mental Omega
- Reborn
- Reloaded
- Red Resurrection
- 2 #alien

* MIX RECOVERY PURPOSES incase you accidentally deleted your original copy of MIX File.

I'd change the name to 2.0 rather than Master, at least until we can confirm recovering file names works for any MIX.

I tested it on Famous MODS like "Mental Omega". It can recover all of its filenames except expandmo96.mix.

Since expandmo96.mix deleted the LMD inside the mix file making file recovery hopeless. LMD Corruption still has hope on not recovering file names though

I will just try to study how olaf translates this IDs into filenames, LMD will not be a problem anymore when we finally figure out how...

It will come handy for times that mix recovery is needed. I experienced it, forcing me to create this tool...

Anyone ever figure out how to open files where the local database was deleted?

V2.0.0.0 is now released! RA2YR MIX Unprotector is now replaced by RA2YR reMIXer. The source code was rewritten from scratch with outstanding application revisions in AHKv2. Offering:
- optimized application speed.
- improved Mix Recovery techniques
- new feature: reconstruct mix file to reduce/shrink file size of the mix file. Read the first post for more info.
