It has been plaguing me for a while now.

This guy's frames on line 1 are duplicates of the frames one line 6, meaning I have no frames of this guy going upwards, instead going low-right, kinda drifting in reverse.

Does anyone have the fixed SHP and could upload it here? Thanks.

From what I know that was always the case with it originally. Band-aid solution I would do is just to replace it with his "walk" ones.

If you aren't killing civilians, what are you doing with your life?

I "fixed" it by merely replacing the offending frames by the equivalent walk frames.

This is by no means solved; I'm positive I saw upward panic frames for this guy somewhere.
